Ohio State Optometry Services does not accept cash for any clinic transactions.

Payments are required at the time of service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, checks, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.

Easy and convenient parking options available:

  • 11th Ave parking garage - Effective July 1, 2024, The Optometry Clinic will cover $6 of parking expenses, leaving patients responsible for any remaining amounts due. Patients are required to bring their parking garage ticket to the clinic for validation. 
  • Metered parking on 11th Ave and Neil Ave

Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
