Make a secure online payment

The Ohio State University Optometry Clinics use Rectangle Health, hosted by Pay.BalanceCollect, to process online payments securely. You may receive payment reminders by text message from a 914 (New York) area code to help you stay on top of your billing. You can opt out of these notifications at any time by replying “STOP” to the text or by contacting our billing department.

Alternate Methods of Payment

By Phone

Call our billing office at 614-292-2020 (Option 4, then Option 2) to make a secure payment over the phone using a credit or debit card during operating hours.

Mailed-in Check

Personal checks or money orders can be made out to The Ohio State University and mailed to:

In Person

Stop by any of our clinic locations during operating hours. We accept all major credit and debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, personal checks, money orders, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Wallet. Lower Lights patients may make cash payments at our 1160 W Broad Street location.
