The OSU Optometry Clinics utilizes Rectangle Health, hosted by Pay.BalanceCollect, to process online payments securely. You may receive text message payment reminders from a 914 New York area code, helping you stay on top of your billing. You can opt out of these notifications at any time by responding to the text “STOP” or contacting our billing department.

Stop by any of our clinic locations during operating hours. We accept all major credit and debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, personal checks, money orders, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Wallet. Lower Lights patients may make cash payments at our 1160 W Broad Street location.
